Materiis operates as a working farm inside a historic building near Noci in the Itria Valley. The grounds include a seasonal Outdoor Swimming Pool with a view, a sun terrace, a lush garden, BBQ facilities, and outdoor furniture; dogs and horses are on the farm. An open-air bath, a hot tub/Jacuzzi, and a pool bar are available on site.
